I wanted to pass along my appreciation for the excellent service your group provided while we were broken down in Wawa. One of the marks of a successful business and Manager is the quality of the staff they surround themselves with. You Jeff, have certainly done this with diligence. From the Service staff, Dave, Pat, and all the mechanics and support that worked as a team to get our truck up and running, I offer my name and gratitude towards a superior performance review. Also, Maurice for his honesty, knowledge and support from the Sales side. It would appear that you have a "First Class" operation behind you, and you can count on my support in anyway possible in the future.
Not only did your staff go the extra mile to provide excellent service, they also befriended us in our frustration and hour of need. That alone speaks volumes of the small town integrity and spirit we see so little of today. Thank you to all, and Anne and I hope we can meet again.
